Volunteer Opportunities

If you would like to spend a bit of time volunteering with us at the Farmers' Market (4365 McLeod Road), let us know what your passion is and we'll see if we can find something, or take a look at the list below and see what you'd like to do.

If you would like to volunteer please contact Juhli at powellriverfarmersmarket@gmail.com or 604-414-5076 (cell).  You are also welcome to come to the INFO booth at the Farmers' Market during our open hours:  Saturday 10:30am - 12:30pm and Sun 12:30pm - 2:30pm.

Students:  if you come on a regular basis, the market is happy to provide you a reference letter (a minimum of 10 hours is required).   We encourage you to volunteer with your friends, we are happy to pair you up to do activities together.   If you are interested in working at the market after your volunteer hours are complete there may be opportunities through to the end of September.

Most jobs can be done by 1 or 2 people per day.

Our Farmers' Market has been operating since 1987, that gives us 36 years under our belt. We are inspired by all the people that help make every market a success. That includes YOU!
