Welcome to the vendor registration for the Powell River Farmers' Market and Fall Fair. 



Please set aside at least 30 minutes to review the market terms and complete your registration.  It is the vendor's responsibility to know, understand and follow the terms as well as communicate them to others who will be attending the market in their place.

MAY is Outdoor Market Month

We're getting ready for another incredible season at the Market.  We hope you join us often and support local growers and producers that work hard every week to bring a wide variety of fresh and tasty products to our community! When: We open May 3 - 4th, 2025 and will be open: Saturdays 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. Sundays 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm. (train rides) Who:   We welcome everyone!  We would ask that you leave your dogs at home, please Where:   4365 McLeod Road.  Take Duncan Street past the airport, stay to your right and follow the signs.  There is lots of parking inside the grounds and overflow street parking too.  City bus can take you as far as the airport or the Zunga Bus has a "Market stop" at the end of Myrtle Ave. What:   We are a 100% Make It, Bake It, Grow It or Wild Harvest It Market.  You won't find anything better.  With over 65 registered vendors even before we open, it's going to be a season full variety, local pa...

Fall and Winter

 As the summer season wraps up, the market shifts into it's 5th fall and winter season. From October to April we will be open on Sundays from 12:30 - 2:30pm, same great location, just inside our Quonset Hut. Join us for another season of local fresh produce.  We will have frozen berries and meats as well as a great selection of winter vegetables.  During the first month we'll have many local farms still attending and as we migrate into November and December we promise to keep local farms front and center at the market.  There will always be something green to buy, as long as the chickens are happy they will lay eggs and we're even adding Seed to Soul Farm with winter produce this year and Hammill Hill Farm will have honey.
